"WHAT A PROFESSIONAL! I must have told Bryan ten times how impressed I was with his professionalism, dedication, and considerateness (is that even a word?!) Ron coached me a few days too, and Ron was also very knowledgeable and I loved how I got the opportunity to get insight from TWO DIFFERENT very knowledgeable pilots during my class.
Even though Bryan is young, and extremely cool, he never flaked out and was always all over the next opportunity to get some flight time in. Even on Saturdays and Sundays!
He was always the first person to be there, and the last person to leave. He was always prepared and had enough gear for everyone. He helped me with some "fine tuning" on my harness and wing about a week after my class with him was done, and I know he will always be more than happy to help me with anything I need.
This class was such an advantage for me in my Paramotor confidence, skills, and safety, and my experience was even 1000 times better with such quality instructors and just genuinely GOOD people.
A++ Austin Paramotor!!!"

"Exellent instruction and instructors! Paramotoring, so much fun you question if it's legal."- Clint S.

"Bryan could not be more of an ambassador to the sport of paramotoring. He is a true professional and a wonderful instructor. I have been flying fixed wing aircraft for about 5 years and this literally blows the doors off. Theres nothing like it in flying, looking down and only seeing your feet is truly something you'll never forget. Thanks Bryan for getting me flying."- Corey R.

"Bryan West is an amazing instructor, he has a clear focus on safety and is very patient. Talk is cheap but at the end of the day it all comes down to ability I see very few so-called instructors who can fly at the level that Bryan West does. He also carries the absolute very highest quality gear money can buy. Theres lots of second and third hand equipment out there that cost less, but you get what you pay for. Thank you for all your assistance Bryan."- Mark W.

If you have ever dreamed of flying and have been looking into the sport give Bryan a call and don't put your dream of flight off!!"- Michael R.

"Bryan West is a man who follows his passions and has the infectious ability to share them on a professional level." - William B.

"Bryan is an all around awesome dude! He'll get you flying in no time!"- Ryan A.

"Bryan is an excellent pilot who is excited to share his passion in a very hands on way. He communicates well in a sport that requires it due to changing weather conditions. He's got a good feel of all the local take off and landing zones and is a big part of the paramotoring community both in central Texas and at fly-ins across the country. I would highly recommend Bryan's instruction and buying new gear when you get into the sport. Not sure how accessible my profile is to people looking at public reviews but I would definitely help with any questions you may have about an outsiders perspective of Bryan's company. Today's time hop (the app) shows photos of me, Bryan, and a couple of others flying around lake Austin 2 years ago and I can definitely say that it was one of the best days of my life. Thanks Bryan."- Aaron B.

"Flying with Bryan is a must do! He is an excellent instructor and pilot. Everything about the flight went smooth, from communicating up to our flight, meeting up, to the take off and landing. He's equipment is top of the line (the engineering of his paramotor is amazing) & I felt very safe at all times. Well worth every penny;)"- Aaron W.

We are a USPPA rated paramotor school. Which means we hold a prestigious license from the USPPA saying our instructors are of the highest rated in the country. The instructors must pass classroom testing, as well as flying skills testing. This certificate shows, not only do we talk the talk, but we walk the walk.

At Austin Paramotor, we utilize a combination of the most successful Training curricula and syllabus available in the industry.

With our USPPA-certified instruction, students safely learn all aspects of Powered Paragliding that could otherwise take years to learn on their own.  Important: as all types of flying are inherently dangerous to some degree, we cannot over-emphasize the importance of learning from a certified instructor.  Individuals that attempt to teach themselves are accepting much greater risk than those who’ve participated in a formal training program.

Make sure that if you are paying for instruction elsewhere, that your instructor has a USPPA instructor rating. There are many "Instructors" out there that are not only bad at teaching, they are bad at flying too. Don't learn unsafe, and uneducated bad habits. Go to USPPA.org and make sure you are getting what you pay for!

Why should you train with us?
